Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB)
AVFB is a division of the NACFB
which has been in existence since 1992. It was formed to establish
measurable standards of proper professional practice.
Published within an Office of Fair Trading registered Code of
Practice, these standards have been adopted by an increasing
number of commercial finance, lease and motor vehicle finance
brokers.
The NACFB
has established complaints and disciplinary procedures to
eliminate unacceptable working practices amongst its members.
The Association also exists to safeguard both its Members
and their clients against restrictive practices within the
industry and maintains a confidential register of brokers
and lenders suspected of fraud and malpractice.
In the interests of members and their clients, the NACFB
monitors legislation and makes representations to Ministers
and Members of Parliament as appropriate.
